COMPETITION fan Faye Bradley is a Christmas winner – she’s already got all her pressies without having to spend a penny.
Lucky Faye, 29, a graphic designer, has won an astonishing 180 competitions on Facebook and Instagram in the last year totalling over £20,000.
Her haul includes a £250 Playstation 4, a £230 Xbox, a helicopter ride, a weekend at a five star hotel, DVDs, movie merchandise, books, a mini freezer, beauty sets and a disco ball!
Fay is even entering competitions to win a hamper of food so she can make Christmas dinner for all her family and all of her festive booze.
Fay said: “People say I’m lucky but I enter around ten competitions a day and I really focus on what it is that I need. I used to think it was a load of rubbish.
“Then I started entering competitions on Facebook and Instagram and the more you enter, the more that come up on your feed naturally because of how social media works.
“So now it takes about ten minutes a day and I’m always winning – the delivery drivers round here thought I was a lottery winner as they’re forever dropping off parcels until I told them it was all competitions!”
Fay doesn’t leave it to chance. She uses a ‘Vision Board’ championed by American author Rhonda Byrne in the self help book The Secret where she ‘visualises’ the prize she wants to win then simply sits back and waits for it to come to her.
She first started using the method when she met her partner Marina Murphy who introduced her to the power of The Law Of Attraction. At first she was skeptical but now the pair enter competitions together and have huge success.
If Fay decides she wants something, she imagines it is already in her life and puts pictures of herself and Marina, 31, a tattoo artist, with the object or enjoying the experience and meditates every day, telling the universe how grateful she is for everything she has.
One of the quotes in Byrne’s book – a favourite with celebs like Hayley Tamaddon and Oprah Winfrey – says: “See the things you want as already yours. Know that they will come to you at need. Then let them come.”
Fay explains: “It sounds bit wacky but it really does work. Our biggest success was when we went to celebrate the 30th birthday of the National Lottery.
“I found an image of champagne glasses with the lottery logo on, and used photos of me and my partner Marina celebrating.
“Then we won tickets to the party. It was in a five star hotel and we were picked up in a limo, had a fantastic meal, partied with celebrities and then at the end of the night we were given the very same champagne flutes.
“I know we will win everything we need for Christmas and I feel so grateful that meeting Marina meant I opened my mind up to using my vision boards.”
Fay and Marina even have a Facebook page, Our Attraction In Action, www.facebook.com/ourattractioninaction where they share their inspiring stories and advise others on how to improve their lives.
And she’s even considering turning her Vision Board creating into a business.
She said: “Lots of people know what they want but feel daunted about making a vision board, so I’m planning to use my graphic design skills to help other people.”
