A huge 60% of people in the UK are using an app or wearable to monitor fitness and now we’re using them for our pets too.
Just like human health trackers, they monitor steps, distance covered, calories burned, sleep quality and some even have GPS tracking so if your pooch vanishes you can trace them.
I tried out the FitBark 2, PitPat 2, PoochPlay, WonderWoof, Kippy Vita and Mishiko for Indy Best.
You can read how we got on at Six Best Activity Trackers for Dogs.
There was so many different features on the trackers that I thought it best to speak to experts about which were the most important in maintaining the health of our pets.
I’ve interviewed Hannah before to share her advice on how pet owners can help dogs with arthritis for an article for the Sunday Mirror.
You can read her advice here Why Hannah Capon set up the Canine Arthritis Management website.
You’ll see I write a lot about pets and animals, and if you have a product or service and would like help raising your profile, please click HERE to contact me or call me on 07900082326.
